Aharen-San Episode 5 was titled “Isn’t That a Little Too Heavy?” It started with Aharen coming across the game called Hokeko and getting obsessed with it. Each time, Raido got the animal of his choice, but he could not win any of the outings. At the arcade, Raido sees that Futaba has been trying to win a soft toy for Raido. But she could not get the toy even after multiple attempts. She then noticed that Aharen was only trying to place the toy just in the right position so that she could hit it.
On the next day, Aharen showed concern that Raido had been gaining a lot of weight. But Raido translates that she was gaining weight. This was the start of a chaotic conflict. It was later revealed that the examinations were about to begin. The episode came to an end with Raido and Aharen sharing a session of studying.
