Finally, fans will learn where Ikada was. He will return to his home after a long time. Soon after returning home, he starts taking care of his sister. His father, Araumi, asks him how long he will spend time taking care of her. To which he replies that his father isn’t worried about her. But he clarifies that everything was normal when he was out. Araumi later grills Ikada about his duty as a Funato. Soon it turns into a quarrel where Ikada reminds Aruami about his duty towards her.
While the father and son will have a heated conversation, Kobuna will arrive and ask Ikada to help him fight against Boruto. However, Ikada refuses to fight with Boruto and believes that he isn’t capable of fighting with Boruto. It will lead to a bickering moment between father and son. Further, now Ikada has to decide which side he wants to stay on. Apart from this, it will be thrilling to see how Boruto will react after learning the true identity of Ikada.

In the previous episode, Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki, and Metal learned that Iwabe and Denki had been missing for three days. So they went out in search of them. While searching for their friends, they crossed paths with Funamushi’s soldiers. The villagers, Kyoho, and Buntan, argued over whether they should kill the soldier and joined the forces to help crush Araumi’s forces. But the Leaf shinobi believed that they should search for Denki and Iwabe first.
Surprisingly Metal and Denki returned on their own. They later narrated their story about how they escaped to the group and Funamushi’s move. Boruto went outside at night and unleashed his anger on Funato kid, Funamushi’s son named Kobuna. But as everyone entered the site, it helped Kobuna to escape. Sarada confronted Boruto about his action. Meanwhile, Buntan tortured the captive Funato to uncover some information. Soon the captive revealed that Kobuna wasn’t his only enemy and Ikada was Seiren’s brother.
