Previously in Call Of The Night Episode 3, Akira Asai told Yamori that she waited for his answer, but he never contacted her. Nevertheless, she was happy to see him. But he recalled that she befriended him. The following day, Nazuna teased Yamori for seeing another girl. Although he stayed mum, his reaction confirmed her suspicion. Later Yamori met Akira, but Nazuma caught them and started teasing them. Nazuma then proved to Akira that her relationship with Yamori was just physical and drank his blood in front of her.
When the two were alone in the cafe, Yamori confessed that he allowed Nazuma to drink his blood since he wasn’t satisfied with the school. She said she felt the same and asked him to return. But Nazuna interfered, and both she and Yamori left. Later Yamori asked Nazuna whether she was upset. He apologized to her for seeing Akira in secret. However, she told him that she was worried that they would see each other less if he rejoined the school. After this, a relieved Nazuna drank some blood from his wounded mouth.
