Mikata then came to know that the War Devil had deliberately kept one-half of her body alive. The idea was to start a war with the Chainsaw Man. Later on, Asa and Mikata are seen walking to the school together. It was seen that the War Devil was still trying to control actions and decisions of Mikata.
He asked her to investigate Chainsaw Man. When she refused, the devil came inside her body. Even so, the Devil could not find any information about this. But the devil then asked the new boy if he would like to be his boyfriend. The chapter came to an end with the Devil making a mess and leaving her body.
