Dr. Stone Chapter 230 will open with a proper debate session between Senku and the Why Man. This will be followed by a long discussion which may not find a conclusion. Senku wants to stop the medusas from taking over the brains of all humans. However, Whyman’s entire plan revolves around capturing human life. Will they find a middle ground?

The 229th chapter of Dr. Stone started with another round of conversations between the medusa and Senku. They were trying to negotiate with the medusa in order to stop the petrification of innocent people. The Medusa explained that the AI first chose an intelligent race that needed to be preserved. Moreover, the only way to find which race was the most intelligent of them all was by petrifying them all. This way, the race that came out of the stone age first was the smartest. Thus, with the use of that race, they would be the ones that can help them evolve.
After they can help them evolve, the medusas had plans to parasitize the same people. But Why-Man later confronted that he thinks it was a bad decision to make humans the host of a parasitic attack. Towards the end of the chapter, it was decided that Senku was going to negotiate the matter with the Why-Man.
