What Is Jujutsu Kaisen 0 All About?
The movie opens up with several bullies bullying Yuta Okkotsu. But, his overprotective cursed spirit named Rika killed them all. So society wants to punish him. But, a powerful sorcerer and teacher, Satoru Gojo, tries to protect him. He saves Yuta’s life. He convinces everyone to let him join Tokyo Jujutsu Technical High. But Yuta seems a bit upset. Later Yuta tells Gojo that Rika was his childhood friend. He’d promised to marry her. But she died in front of him.
Now he is looking forward to killing himself so he can’t harm anyone. But, Gojo convinces him to join the school to learn how to break the curse. During his first mission, he purposely summons Rika to save him and Maki from a cursed spirit. Later he reveals that he knows how he can cure Rika- with his love for her. Later they go on another mission where a high-level curse attacks them. Gojo then realizes that his old student is behind all this.
