The anime first aired on Netflix globally in July 2019. Its second part consisted of 24 episodes aired in October of the same year. But the anime was already aired worldwide at Anime Expo in July 2018. Seiji Kishi directed it, and Larx Entertainment animated it. Kazuaki Morita designed the characters, and Yasuharu Takanashi composed the music.
Kengan Ashura Season 2: Official Announcement
Yabako Sandrovich’s Kengan Ashura manga recently revealed that the TV anime would return with a second run soon. Netflix officially confirmed the second run via an official poster on the Twitter page. It featured the series’ lead, Ohma Tokita, and other key characters. Kengan Ashura Season 2: What Is It All About?
The anime focuses on several strongest fighters hired by wealthy businessmen and rich merchants. These fighters represent their masters. Their combat decides the fate of these fighters. In this combat, the winner takes all. One day, Yamashita Kazuo, an average salaryman for Nogi Group, witnessed the fight. One of the fighters was Ashura Ohma. From that day, he was assigned to manage Ohma and join the arenas.
But Ohma’s spectacular ability to tear his enemies caught the attention of big business owners, leading to inclusion in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament under Hideki’s invitation. Ohma struggled to deal with his fatal past as the tournament started, which continued to haunt him back. The first season ended with bloodshed between Ohma and Raian Kure. So now Kengan Ashura Season 2 will continue the battle. However, we can expect to see a glimpse of Ohma’s past in the second season.
