Kingdom Season 4 Episode 2: What Will Happen Next?
The title of the following episode is “Ominous Shadow.” As per the story from the manga, the episode will open in the state of Qin, where Qin Shi Huang’s demeanor has completely changed. The episode will start with a conversation between the King and Shin. Huang will tell Shin that until there is the tiniest sliver of hope in the world, he refuses to rest. This is the moment when he claims that he will be the king who unifies all of China.
Later on, Qin’s wife gives warm regards to the brothers saying that they keep power in their hands and keep festering as long as they reign. But none of them knew that a new event was about to begin in the coming year. Kingdom Season 4 Episode 2 will introduce the Seikyou Rebellion.

The debut episode of Kingdom Season 4, titled “Seven Nations, After the War,” picked up the story right after the war at the Hangu Pass. Taking notes on the aftermath of the war in each of the nations, the flow of the episode was divided into multiple scenes. The war between the Qin State and the Coalition did not end with peace. The State of Qin ended up securing a win for themselves. One year had already passed, and the civilians were coping with the aftermath of the war.
It was also revealed that General Mou Gou is now fighting his own body. During his last few days in the world, he is willing to serve Qin with whatever he can. Meanwhile, the other states are now under a few cards. The remaining pieces of the chessboard include Riboku and Shun Shin Kun.
