The title of the fourth episode of KCC Season 2 is “Merry Christmas, Snowmen, and Snowball Fight,” In the final scene of the previous episode, Komi agreed to spend the Christmas break with Tadano. But before the school shuts down during the winter break, the students will complete all the celebrations on the campus itself. Right from the start of the manga, Komi had resolved that she would make as many friends in the class as she could.
Even though her list of 100 friends is yet to reach that mark, she has made many friends in the school. Thus, she will try to do something for each one of them on the Christmas break. The previous episode of Komi Can’t Communicate, titled “Feelings, Fantasies 2, and Invitation To Lunch,” started with Tadano telling his friends about Komi’s way of communicating. He was explaining to Nakanaka and Yamai how to understand what she was saying. However, none of them could read what she was trying to convey. Afterward, Tadano’s classmates began to play the game of imagining romantic scenarios with the girls of the class.
Later during the lunch hour, Katai finally overcame his fear of talking to others and sat down with Tadano. Later on, Komi comes across a Yakimo truck that she wanted to have lunch with. After a long conversation, she was finally able to tell him what she wanted to have. The episode came to an end with Tadano inviting Komi to share winter break with her.
