The title of the upcoming episode of Lupin III Part 6 is “Last Bullet.” The last episode brilliantly teased the next villain that Sherlock and Lupin need to chase. As per Sherlock’s plan, the truth about Watson’s death has finally come out. And to the relief of the protagonist, the officers have believed his side of the story. So, now that he is free from the charges of killing John Watson, he will be working with the master detective to locate Moran’s master, The Professor.
Sherlock, being the center of all criminal cases in London, might have heard of this criminal. However, this name is new for Lupin. In the seventh episode of Lupin III Part 6, the story of Sherlock Holmes’ peculiar murder continued. Inspector Lestrade and Zenigata were at Sherlock’s house going through his notes and possessions. During their search, Zenigata found Lupin in the apartment. However, as he was about to get caught, a sniper shot at the two officers. Lupin got an opening to escape. But he got a call from Jigen, who told him that The Professor had hired the sniper. Thus, Lupin got caught.
As asked by the officers, Lupin reiterated the events that led to the death of John Watson. During the investigation of Raven’s case, Watson was triggered to death by an executioner. When Lily had arrived on the scene, she accidentally caught Lupin in the false act. Zenigata takes out his mask and turns out to be Sherlock Holmes. The episode ended with Jigen revealing that he had executed Lily years ago.
