The annoucement was made in the 26th Issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine this week. Along with the newest chapter of M&R, a personal note from the creators was also attached to the document. The note made the confirmation that Me And Roboco Anime was finally happening. What Is The Plot Of the Manga?
The story of Me And Roboco Anime is expected to be the same as the manga. So, as per the official synopsis, the premise is set in a future world where most of the houses are run by robots as their maids. Enters the protagonist Bondo Taira who wishes to own his personal robot. The reason behind this is the fact that his friends Gachi and Motsou keep bragging about their own OrderMaids.
After a lot of convincing, his mother finally agreed to get him the maid. But Roboco turned out to be one of the most clumsy and hardwired maids ever to be made. And so, Bondo and Roboco have to manage whatever is in their hands. So, does this maid make the boy’s life easy, or does it complicate it further? The anime will give away all the answers.

As of the time of writing, there is no official update on whether the anime is to release this year or the next. So far, the hype around the show is pretty good.
