The next chapter of Mushoku Tensei will take a look at the preparations of Rudeus’ marriage. The reason why he was not planning the wedding immediately was that he did not own a mansion back then. But now that the problem of hauntings in the mansion has been resolved, they all can finally work on the prep for Rudeus and Roxy. Mushoku Tensei Chapter 80 will open with Zanoba, Cliff, Roxy, and Rudeus preparing a list for all the guests who will be at their wedding.

The 79th chapter of Mushoku Tensei, titled “Things To Prepare Before Marriage,” started with Rudeus’ partner waking him up after his time to get on the night watch began. They also woke up Zanoba and began to search the haunted house to look for any hints of paranormal activity. But unfortunately, they had gone through each part of the mansion almost two times. For a brief moment, they saw something coming down the hallway. But this was nothing more than a lifeless doll.
Thus, Cliff concluded that the entity responsible for the haunting activities in the mansion was nothing more than a doll. A few days later, all of them gathered in Cliff’s dorm room to show the doll they had brought. Zanoba asked Rudeus to allow him to commence research upon the moving doll and he agreed. Towards the end of the chapter, Rudeus ended up becoming the owner of the mansion and Zanoba was equally happy to be a part of bigger research work.
