My Hero Academia Chapter 364: What Will Happen Next?
The upcoming chapter will open up with a flashback of Dr. Garaki revealing that Shigaraki has stolen a bullet made from Eri’s Quirk from Shie Hassaikai, which explained his Quirk Singularity theory. Shigaraki later extracted All For One’s quirk, but AFO is now fully restored. Later, Tokoyami also guesses that Shigaraki is using Eri’s quirk. Hawks and Tokyomai then reach a place, but AFO has already stolen another quirk. AFO admits that this special hero’s quirk is no use to him, but he still wants it in order to make heroes weak.
Back to the present time, people will support AFO in Washington, D.C. The president believes that Shigaraki is now invincible, so instead of fighting against him, they should support him. General Apgar reminds everyone about what happened to Star and Stripe and insists they act against AFO to save their future. Soon Edgeshot enters Bakugo’s body. He asks Mirko to stall some time and keep Shigaraki away so he can restore Bakugo’s heart. But Best Jeanist protested as it could lead to Edgeshot’s death. Despite this, the Ninja Hero gives it a shot.

Previously in My Hero Academia Chapter 363, Dynamight finally took his last breath. It left Phantom Thief to recall his words about achieving victory during the Joint Training Battle, leaving him to mourn. Best Jeanist observed that Dynamight’s had no pulses, and his heart was ravaged. Lemillion blamed himself for failing to protect him. However, it gave Shigaraki to taunt Eraser Head stating that it was all his fault for staying away from the battle and putting so much responsibility on Dynamight. Soon Shigaraki used his glob of fingers to hold Mirko, who believed that if she had killed him during the War, then things would be different.
However, Shigaraki resorted that if the Pro Heroes wanted to send rookie kids on the front line, what else could they expect? Back in Kamino, Ingenium and Shoto were petrified when Dabi regained consciousness. He declared that he could copy Shoto’s Phosphor, which let him realize that he had raw firepower. Dabi then called Skeptic, who told him he was busy and revealed that Endeavor was fighting with All For One in the Gunga Mountain Villa. Back to Shigaraki, he said Izuku was right to kill them in the first place. Elsewhere, Skeptic once again regained control of the satellite and helped Shigaraki.
