Apart from the incredible chapter that we got in the 163rd outing, what fans loved the most was the cover art of the chapter. The twisted body of Garou on the cover page was also a callback to the theme of the current chapters. Now, the fight between Saitama and Garou is not truly in the form that fans are expecting. Even though Garou’s body is transforming, Saitama is not taking things seriously. The real fight will begin in One Punch Man Chapter 164 only after he takes the battle with more seriousness.
In the following chapter, Garou will continue to push Saitama to act in a rush. At this point, he is only dodging the attacks and taking things as a joke. The story will get more interesting once the other side is also involved equally.
One Punch Man Chapter 164: What Will Happen Next?
The following chapter of One Punch Man will start with another round of fights between these two. From the looks of the chapter, fans believe that ONE has big plans for this battle other than the one that is currently ongoing. The way in which Garuo’s body is mutating certainly has a ring to it. It does not seem like the monster has reached its highest potential yet.
Garou is yet to reach his final form and show Saitama that he truly has the powers of a monster. Even though showing signs of Absolute Evil is not under his domain, he can prove it through his powers. In One Punch Man Chapter 164, Garou is going to push Saitama to fight even more. This is the point where the real battle will begin.

The title of the 163rd chapter of One Punch Man is “Tougher Than a Mountain.” The chapter starts in the midst of the fight between Saitama and Garou. The latter was already feeling a charge of strong powers within him. But Saitama asked why he had been doing all this. If he wanted to save the people from the Centipede and show off his powers, he could be a hero instead. The monster got raged by this, and another round of fistfight began between the two.
Fans believe that Garou’s dominance over Saitama was stretched a bit too much. But it is also true that Garou was not trying enough. Just then, Garou uses the God Slayer Instant Attack to strike Saitama. But the other hero went to the ground and appeared from the other side. At one point, Saitama even asks Garou about what kind of Martial Arts technique this was. He said that it was his advanced technique. But Saitama continued to dodge his attacks nonchalantly.
Garou then uses the God Slayer’s Ending attack that pushes him into a building that goes on to stack over the other buildings. This was followed by another attack that destroyed all these buildings once and for all. But Garou sees that there were people stuck in the bunker of these buildings. Thus, he ends up saving all of them. The next panel shows Garou in his most fantastic Awakened From. He also saved the people from an erupting volcano from the other side of the city. The chapter came to an end with Saitama calling Garou a hero once again.
One Punch Man Chapter 164: Release Date
“Tougher Than a Mountain” certainly brings a lot of action to the table. Saitama was in full action, and so was Garou. So, can Garou ever fulfill his dream of becoming absolute evil?
