She has joined hands with the duo, Musashi, and Kojirou and is likely to be seen around them. The following episode might find the newly made trio against different Onis and their hunt. Episode 5 of Orient saw a numerous-legged Oni harshly pave its way towards Kosameda Bushi. In such a situation, Masashi and Kojirou wish to save the field workers into a safe zone since the Oni cannot be stopped. They walk on the roof of the houses and eye their “steel horse” for a quick run. On the other hand, Tsugumi is having a fight within herself. Moreover, she desires to run away after her conversation with red-haired Musashi. She has forever been dependent upon Hideo due to him nurturing her in such way.
However, her morals point in a different direction. With Hideo commanding the field workers to fight the Oni, Tsugumi, and others chalk out a plan. And soon, Tsugumi stands against her father for hand-to-hand combat. Apparently, the mass is too scared to defy the Lord. Hence, Tsugumi takes things in her hand. The brawl begins with Tsugumi unwillingly using all her strength upon her father. However, his continuous mocks and disdain lead to Tsugumi going all out and defeating the Kosameda’s Captain. In those moments, she states that she aspires to be just like her sister, Tsubane, and be a kind warrior, Bushi.

Orient Episode 6: Release Date
Season one of Orient featured its first character development in the Kosameda Bushi arc. Tsugumi has finally had a change of heart and sets out to become just like her sister.
