Back in the month of September, the author of Kaguya-sama claimed that he was working on a project in recent times. Well, all the dots are connecting right now as this news comes to the table. The announcement of the day was about Oshi No Ko Anime. That is right, the fan-favorite manga is finally getting an anime series. Oshi No Ko is an ongoing manga by writer and illustrator duo Aka Akasaka, and Mengo Yokoyari. The manga is the product of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine. The first chapter came out in April 2020. Since then, the hype about the manga has been high!
Oshi No Ko Anime: Official Announcement!
The announcement comes from the official social media accounts of the staff of Oshi No Ko Anime. Aka Akasaka, the author of the manga, and Mengo Yokoyari, the illustrator, took to their social media to announce that the manga would be getting an anime adaptation soon enough. What Is The Anime About?
As per the official synopsis of the manga, the story of Oshi No Ko is that of two beautiful souls. Goro is a normal doctor who has spent most of his life in a normal household. It is on the day of one of the deliveries that he realized that he was handling the childbirth of one of his favorite idols. However, it was after years that he was seeing her around. The lady had taken a break from the entertainment business.
And what was more interesting was that she was not willing to continue her career from this point either. Ai Hoshino was now a family person who was spending most of her time nurturing her kids. But the moment Ai gives birth to her child, Goro happens to die in an accident. And now, he is reincarnated as one of the children of Ai Hoshino. This is where the entire chaos begins in the first place.
Oshi No Ko Anime: Release Date
As of the time of writing, the final release date of the anime has not been released. But the makers made a note to share the release year of the show.
