The 16th episode of the anime was one of the most heartbreaking outings of the season. The episode started with Bojji recalling the time when Miranjo had gone rogue and how she had tried to kill him. But young Bojji was saved by his mother’s shelter. However, Lady Miranjo was also shot dead by the enemy before she could take her to leave. As an arrow hit her, she fell right next to the corpse of the Queen. The last thing that Bojji remembered was seeing the feet of a giant red monster, taking her away from the war. Cut back to the present, Desha gave the orders of getting Gigan back to the Underworld since this was where he belonged.
Desha dictated that back in the day, men used to torture Gigantes’ children just for fun. This was the trigger for Gigan to leave the people he was working for and also save the child. The episode goes on to reveal that Ouken was the brother of Desha and Despa. Thus, Despa tells Bojji that he should be the one fighting Bosse. And since Bosse is connected to Miranjo by the bond of Karma, they can win this two-way fight.
