The title of Parallel World Pharmacy Episode 12 was “Those He Could Not Save.” In the beginning, Bruno sat with Elisabeth to track the origins of this disease. Both of them were suspicious of Camus for bringing this to their kingdom. On the other side, Bishop Salomon happened to stop a few soldiers from the other kingdoms. These men confirmed that it was Camus who brought the virus into their territory. However, the infection was still spreading like wildfire.
This marked the entry of Pharma back into town. But in the meantime, Camus managed to kill both Cedric and Lotte. Pharma and Bruno came to the pharmacy only to see all this play out. The final act of the episode saw that Camus had a demon possess his soul. However, the mc still managed to save the entire city from the killer disease. The last scene was all about the Saint Fleuve Festival playing out as planned.
