Platinum End Episode 17: Plot Details!
The 17th episode of Platinum End has a lot of details to focus on. Hoshi has finally shown up. However, it seems like the detective has good intentions. But it is notable that Hoshi does not want powers such as the God candidates to exist in the world. Hence, he might have a plan to do something about it. In addition, Susumu Yuito’s appearance in the series seems like a bigger problem than the Metropoliman.

Episode 16 of Platinum End begins with Susumu Yuito discussing the God candidates and their powers. He mentions the red arrow and what it can do in front of a news broadcast. The young kid proceeds further into how badly he wants Red to be the next god considering his pride in justice and wisdom as well. However, just when Hoshi sends police to capture him. He stops time and flies off smoothly. The scene later shifts to Masaya Hoshi coming in for Mirai’s aid. While Saki shoots her red arrow at Hoshi’s companion.
The duo later escorts the god candidates to their house and assures them to help them. Apparently, Hoshi and his fiance, Yumiki, have different motives than the higher-ups. Finally, another god candidate gets caught, which is Yuri Temari. After a long conversation, Red and Yellow decide to tell the detective about their powers and angels. The episode reaches its final panel when Hoshi asks Red’s help in looking for the other god candidates. The first attempt with no success, Mirai aims for Mizukiyo next.
