Platinum End Episode 23: What Will Happen Next?
The upcoming episode of Tsugumi Ohba’s creation will showcase the event after Yoneda shoots his arrow. So, Mirai was led to choose between him or the love of his life, Saki, to save in his battle with Yoneda. Yoneda offered Mirai 28 seconds to make a decision, to which Mirai finally announced himself to be killed. However, it is very uncertain for Mirai to die just yet. So, Platinum End Episode 23 will bring out the holes in Yoneda’s master plan, which will help Mirai survive.
Now, for the creature to be created, every god candidate has to die. So, Yoneda has been bluffing all along. However, it was apparent that Mirai had an idea of this crack. It is likely that Mirai will chalk out a plan and escape himself and Saki from others. Finally, if Yoneda dies, Mirai will become the new god for humanity. Previous Episode Recap!
Platinum End Episode 22 began with Yoneda carving out his master plan. He declared that the last two god candidates need themselves for no creatures to be formed. Finally, the scene cuts to the stadium where every god candidate is present along with their angels and detectives. Moreover, there has been a hint of Yuneda’s angel lying to him about the concept of God and the powers. Yuri questioned if Yoneda would provide the god candidates immortality, to which the Professors agreed.
The episode later brought a dual between Yoneda and Mirai while the other god candidates were sent into a different place to rest. However, things got intense as Nakaumi abducted both Yuri and Yellow. Yoneda then offered Mirai to either save Yellow or become the next god to which the god candidate chose the former option. He confessed that Yellow is, in fact, the most important person in his life. Finally, for his next task, Yoneda asked Mirai to either sacrifice himself or Shuji would kill Yellow.
