Reiji Miyajima created the Rent A Really Shy Girlfriend Manga series in 2017. The series is currently ongoing, with 25 volumes as of now. Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen Magazine has been publishing since 2017. TMS Entertainment produced an anime adaptation of the series in 2020. The second season is in production for a 2022 premiere. In 2020, the author began a spin-off series, Rent A Really Shy Girlfriend, based on a character from the original work, Sumi, for Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket. This series has two volumes so far.

Fans became very excited at this reveal because the hiatus has been 14 months long, and they are very eager to read what happens to Sumi on her daily adventure. There is much hype on if the lead will ever break out of her shyness. In addition to this, a new visual was also attached to the post.
What Will Happen In Chapter 14?
Rent A Really Shy Girlfriend is an official spin-off manga series of Rent A Girlfriend Manga. Sumi Sakurasawa is a very shy girl who is terrible in social situations and struggles to even make an order at a donut store. But she wants to overcome her shyness and be a capable person on her own. So what she does is, register herself to be on the Rent A Girlfriend service. But in order to keep her job, she would need to keep getting 5-star reviews. The story follows Sumi as she tries to overcome her shyness so she can keep getting good reviews and improve her people’s skills.
In the events so far, Chizuru made an appearance to cheer up Sumi, and they had a girl’s day out. However, the chapter ended at a critical point when the author revealed that Sumi’s client is a young boy. So we can expect the manga to pick up from Rent A Really Shy Girlfriend Chapter 14. This will resume Fumiki-san and his story arc with Sumi. Fans are eager to see if Sumi has improved in her social skills and what Fumiki’s story will be.
