She wanted to know about the location of the Big Academic Conference. But it seemed like the lady was tired on her way home. And so, she asks Nokoru if she could lie on his bed. There was no way that he was going to reject this. She started uttering something about moving ahead.
Everyone else around her seemed to be moving ahead, while she was not even on the road. Later on, the boy started telling her about a program that he was working on. Just as he was talking, Izumi went on to kiss him. The last part of the chapter saw Nokoru taking her scarf back home, which she forgot at his house only!
