On the other side, Naofumi is informed by Kyo that he was using the powers of the three heroes to neutralize the Spirit Tortoise. Later on, L’Arc came to join Naofumi in fighting Kyo.
Since they were using the gravity magic of the Spirit Tortoise, Naofumi understood that they, too, needed these powers. Thus, in the middle of the fight, Ost gave the powers of the Spirit Tortoise to Naofumi. After a certain back and forth, Naofumi used the Shield of Wrath to end the fight once and for all. The episode came to an end with the Tortoise finally getting buried back in his grave.
