These will cover chapters 56 to 116 from the manga. Here, the story will focus on the redemption arc of Fushi. Facing death for the first time moved the immortal boy to his core. As mentioned earlier, the upcoming season will adapt till chapter 116 of the manga. At the time of the anime’s initial release, the manga only had six volumes. But in the past year, author Yoshitoki Oima has released around 137 chapters (sixteen volumes) in all. Moreover, there are speculations that the next season might not be able to cover all the four arcs in one cour. Thus, the chances of getting a third season are quite high.
