Tomodachi Game Season 2: What Will Happen Next?
In the first season finale, Kuroki challenged Yutori to endure pain in Weak Win Game. If she manages to win the game, she and her friends can go. But there was a twist. Yutori could pick Yuichi for this game, and he had to bear the pain Yutori would endure three times. As soon as the game began, Yuichi took Yutori’s place and got injured in the process. Later he challenged Kuroki for a rock, paper, scissor game. He won the game and challenged Kuroki to play the same game. However, Yuichi ended up losing a lot of blood and fainted, and before taking to a hospital.
Now in the second season, Tenji and Yutori promise Yuichi to bring Shibe home. He is still in the hospital, and it will be hard for him to continue the game. So now Tenji and Yutori have to deal with the problems all alone. As for Shibe, he is charged with his father’s murder. Now all the responsibility will fall on Yutori and Tenji’s shoulders. They need to help Shibe and defend him. There’s a possibility that they could skip the Friendship Guilt Court and will pick the fifth game.
But if they skip the fourth game, they will lose Shibe forever. So now they have to map a plan to save Shibe. They will leave with no choice but to play the fourth game, Friendship Guilt Court to save him. But to defend Shibe in front of Judge Manabu won’t be that easy. So Tenji and Yutori will try to convince the jury members first, who are their classmates. However, it won’t be that easy, especially when they believe that Shibe is to blame. So they will head to start playing the fourth game. But once they start playing the fourth game, they will learn more about Shibe, his relationship with his father, and his past. It will leave Tenji and Yutori wondering whether it’s worth saving Shibe.
Tomodachi Game Season 2: Release Date
As mentioned above, the production is yet to renew the show for Tomodachi Game Season 2. The first was announced back in November 2021, and it took almost five months to wrap up the production.
