The manga currently has twelve volumes.

The latest season will return with some new cast members. These include Shunsuke Takeuchi as Einar and Mugihito as Sverkel. Hideaki Tezuka as Ketil and Taiten Kusunoki as Thorgil will also join. Previously the MAPPA studio teased the second run would air in winter 2023. But the latest trailer reveals that season 2 will air on January 9, 2023. It will stream on local Japanese networks such as Tokyo MX, Gifu Broadcasting, AT-X, and BS11. Apart from that, Crunchyroll has confirmed to stream the newest season alongside its January launch.
