The second episode of World’s End Harem begins with the Reito learning about Hino Kyoji, who was one of the men who had survived the epidemic. Unlike him, Kyoji had been enjoying his life to the fullest. Once again, Akane tries to Reito to be with her. But the moment she came closer to him, he lost consciousness and fainted. When he finally woke up, he took Mira and Akane to the lab where Elisa used to work. However, before they could find anything there, a bear attacked the lot.
Amid all the chaos, they anyhow managed to get past the bear and break into the laboratory. Inside, Reito found Elisa’s dear teddy bear. The Teddy bear held a recorded message stating keen details about the virus. It turned out that the virus was a biological weapon, and someone had purposefully wiped away all of the male population from Earth. The episode ended with Reito trying to get past the women who had been stalking him the entire time.
