The previous chapter, titled “Zero’s Wish,” opened with Towa falling deeper into the pit of hatred and anger. Zero managed to take out all her happy memories and consume them into the mini galaxy. Afterward, Zero also used the seven Rainbow Pearls to secure her eyes with more power. As she consummated this act, Towa was immediately transferred to Hell. On the other end, Rin and Setsuna discussed many things after the mother returned from the Tree of Ages. Soon enough, the two of them reach Zero’s base to save Towa.
As Setsuna faced her sister, the mother came upfront Zero. Before beginning a fight, the episode cuts back to Sesshomaru and Moroha. It is revealed that Sesshomaru will give the Black Pearl to Moroha. Using this jewel, she could reunite with her family. The final scene of the episode showcased Kirimaru finding Akuru. It was revealed that he wanted to take help from the man to create a space-time bending machine.
