The title of the 22nd episode of The Second Act is “The Grim Butterfly of Despair.” The preview video of the episode shows all of the fighters approaching the battle scene to stop the Grim Butterfly’s movements. In order to do so, Lady Kagome and the Brother would create a barrier. But the bigger question here is whether this barrier would work or not. Osamu claims that his only will is to create the world that his King Rion wanted.

The 21st episode of the Inuyasha spin-off, titled “Osamu Kirin’s Apparition Conquest,” started with the young fighters finding out that Osamu might target them in the modern era. Thus, they requested the Sacred Tree of Ages to open the gateway into the feudal era. Meanwhile, Sota will tell Towa that he would always be his father. Then, it was Akuru who went to the Sacred Tree’s trunk to open up the gateway. A farewell scene plays out between Mei, Towa, and Setsuna. In the feudal era, the sisters found that the Grim Comet had become larger than they had been expecting.
Inuyasha and Kagome tell the ladies that the demons were using the energy of the Grim Comet in the real form as the Grim Butterfly. On the other hand, Rion meets with Osamu, who tells him that he would create a peaceful world she always wanted to live in. Towards the end of the episode, Sesshomaru finally awakens in the Sacred Tree of Ages.
