The most awaited episode of Chainsaw Man’s inaugural season is right around the corner. Chainsaw Man Episode 12 will reveal whether Aki manages to save himself from the Ghost Devil, that once had a contract with Himeno. This episode will serve as the season finale, and hence it will also feature the most awaited confrontation between Katana Man and Denji.

Chainsaw Man Episode 12: Plot Details
The season finale of this popular series will open with the Ghost Devil choking out Aki. However, then Aki will get a flashback of Himeno, where the latter revealed that the Ghost Devil is blind, and she senses the opponent’s position with their fear. As a result, Aki will remain calm and behead the Ghost Devil as soon as she loosens her grip. Shocked by this, Sawatari tries to summon the Snake Devil but is stopped by Kobeni. The latter will hold the knife to her throat.
Chainsaw Man Episode 12 will also feature the final confrontation between Denji and Katana Man. The latter will ask some questions to Denji about his granddad. He will tell Denji to die in the name of mercy-killing. Denji simply refuses, and the irritated Katana Man transforms into his devil self and begins attacking Denji. The latter will also transform, and fans will see one of the best action sequences of the Chainsaw Man anime series. There is also a possibility that Mappa will introduce the Bomb Devil by the end of this episode and end the season finale on a cliffhanger.
Episode 11 Recap
The eleventh episode of Chainsaw Man began with Aki making a contract with the Future Devil. The latter stated that Aki’s death would fuc**ng rule, and he offered his powers, and in exchange, he would simply live in his right eye. Aki accepted the offer and made the contract. Later, the captain of the Special Division had a conversation with Makima, and by the end of it, he accused her of being a liar, and Makima smirked at this comment.
Makima then went on to meet the Tokyo Head of the Yakuza. After intimidating him by giving him a sneak peek at her powers, she got the names of every single person who has a contract with the Gun Devil. The latter half of the episode introduced the Shark Fiend, the Violence Fiend, the Angel Devil, and the Spider Devil as a part of the Special Division. They remained in the basement to deal with the zombie, whereas Aki, Denji, and Power moved forward to deal with Sawatari and Katana Man. In the ending moments of the episode, Aki confronted Sawatari, but the latter used Ghost to fight Aki. The episode ended with Ghost strangling Aki to death.
Chainsaw Man Episode 12: Release Date
The fans don’t want this series to end, but at the same time, they can’t wait to watch the season finale. The penultimate episode of the anime set the stage for the big fight finale. Chainsaw Man Episode is set to release on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. The episode will air on December 28 in Japan, and hence in most countries, it will be broadcasted by Tuesday.
