Unfortunately, they were right, as the anime came up with a pretty average storyline. It’s another female-centric show in which cute girls are performing activities dominated by males. But the character of this show is something to look out for. They are cute and certainly not as sloppy as its storyline. Cinderella Nine in August even gave them an introductory arc in which they overcome their issues in order to join the baseball team. It provided depth in their development. Overall, the show is interesting, but it could be a lot better without a lot of plot holes. Still, if you like sport shows you might enjoy it as well.
