The upcoming chapter of Dragon Ball Super might start a mixed-up fight. Bypassing Granola, Gas is charging straight towards Goku and Vegeta. This means that he is fighting three of them at the same time. But this power-up will not last much longer. Gas is operating under pure instinct. Further, he is already weak in techniques. Thus, Goku and Vegeta have the best chance of taking him down. At the time of writing, Dragon Ball Super Chapter 81 is yet to publish the raw scans. In Chapter 80 of DBS, the second round of Granola’s fight with Gas commenced. The spectators noticed in the fistfight that Gas was stronger. But he was not acting in the techniques department. Granola decided to use this for an advantage. Thus, he started making clones of himself. Thus, by creating multiple clones, he was able to overwhelm Gas for a short while. However, Gas shot beams of lasers from his fingers. All the clones were taken out, leaving behind only the parent Granola. But he took charge and shot a direct beam on Gas, and he flew away.
But Granola’s body also took much damage. Every attack that a clone took was felt by Granola’s own body. Meanwhile, Gas lost control of his powers. He started to float in the air, and a strong aura began to leave his body. Goku, Granola, Vegeta, and the rest of them were shocked at the sight. This was pure rage that was pouring out as power. All this was harnessed into a single punch and shot right over Granola. The Cerealian was dragged to the ground. This did not quench his lust for power. Thus, he charged toward Goku and Vegeta taking down the latter.
Goku jumped in to save his ally. Gas saw the shadow of Bardock in Goku. He feared that just like his father, Goku would defeat him. But Elec was standing there to inspire his brother. He said that he would not lose to a Saiyan once again.
