The first film from the DBS franchise, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, has raised high expectations for the fans. To amplify the hype, a trailer and visual have made their way. The visual reveals Gohan playing in the lead. Fans were wishing to see more of Gohan after loving his performance in the Tournament of Power arc. The short clip also shares Gohan in his old Piccolo clothes.

However, Vegeta’s presence did not take up much of the focus in the trailer. Thus, Gohan and Piccolo will have more screen time in the movie. Another detail that the footage reveals is the addition of new villains in the franchise. Gohan will be seen teaming up with Piccolo to fight off the mysterious Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. They are referred to as the strongest Androids ever. Indicating their strength to be much more powerful than that of other androids from the Red Ribbon Army.

The 21st film of the Dragon Ball franchise is reprising the series creator Akira Toriyama as the scriptwriter and for the drawing of the character designs. While the names of the entire team are not yet out, the staff members are working very hard for the upcoming release. The film is a work under Toei Animation. And it will be in 3D animation after Dragon Ball Super: Broly. The original creator, Akira, is said to be more involved in this new project.

New voice actors have joined the cast of the movie. Hiroshi Kamiya and Mamoru Miyano will be voicing the new villains, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, respectively. On the other hand, Masako Nozawa will voice for both Gohan and Goku. Toshio Furukawa will play the role of another important character, Piccolo. Lastly, Ryo Horikawa is voicing for Vegeta.
