During her errands, she will come across spirits and ghosts that surround other people. For now, Hana and Miko are going to look for another homeroom teacher until the madam returns from her maternity leave. The episode is also likely to touch upon Miko’s mother’s birthday celebration.
Many of her mother’s workmates will join the celebration. But not all guests are going to be humans. Miko is going to find out that some of the guests have brought with them spirits and ghosts. In the eighth episode of Mieruko Chan, Miko and her brother went to the mall to buy a gift for their mother. When they fixated on a dress, Miko went into the dressing room to try it on her. Inside she found a spirit that resembled the saleslady. She ended up buying the dress even though it was not as good. Later, Miko noticed another pair of ghosts on the bus. One of them was trying to attack Miko with an ax, but she tried to remain until the moment had passed.
Afterward, Hana informed Miko that their homeroom teacher was going for a long leave. Thus, they went to meet the lady. It turned out that the woman was also being followed by multiple ghosts. Later on, Miko thought to herself about how she could stop seeing all the ghosts. She even pondered about why she had been spotting all the ghosts. By the end of the episode, she rejected the new homeroom teacher because he was followed by too many ghosts.

Miko’s troubles have ceased to end. Even after trying out everything in her hands, she finds no success in eliminating the ghastly visions. Is there a way for Miko to save herself?
