The teaser made it clear that previous casts will reprise their roles.
However, Takahiro Hasui will be the new director of the arc. Yuzuru Tachikawa has got the role of executive director. Ryo Kono will return as the character designer. The sound director, composer, and color designer will remain the same. This is good news for the fans, as consistency across all the episodes is important.

The teaser video shows Mob going into his ‘???%’ berserk mode. He appears to be clutching a floral bouquet while bringing everything to ruins. Meanwhile, Ritsu, Reigen, and Teruki try to stop him. Outside the chaos, we see a glimpse of Mob’s crush, Tsubomi. Is Mob trying to go to Tsubomi with the flowers? Well, it appears he wants to confess his feelings. In the eighth episode’s ending credits, fans learned that Tsubomi is switching schools. And all the boys were lined up to confess since it would be the last time they would see her.
Will Tsubomi reciprocate, though? Getting to know his crush is the final hurdle for adolescent Mob, who has poor social skills. For him, the mind of Tsubomi is an enigma when it comes to romance. This reflects Mob’s anxiety when he is around her. So far, Mob has held back his emotions. But it seems this is the time he will let it all out, thus losing control.
