Previous Chapter Recap!
The previous chapter of Noragami (Part 2) started with a flashback sequence where the Father and Izanami were in Yomi. The entire sequence was a conversation between the two. The Father asked if he believed in the idea of Eternal Paradise. Izanami refused and replied that he used to live like a monk because it was more convenient to move around and do whatever you wanted when you were a monk. Cut back to the present, Amaterasu is struggling to take the name of Stray.
But as this happens, the Goodness Net continues to expand all over the city. Father learns that vents are also opening everywhere now. Thus, he prepared to take the people to the Near Shore back to safety. On the other side, Amaterasu was persistently trying to take the names of Mizuchi’s Chiki and Hagusa’s Yuuki.
But Father thought that she was taking too long. Thus, he waned Amateras that if she did not speak up, he was going to punish her. He also reminds her that they are the ones who are insignificant in the story. Towards the end of the chapter, Yato eliminated a giant ayakashi that was causing trouble for them. The chapter ended with him charging towards the ongoing battle.

Part 1 and 2 of the 98th chapter took two full months to get released. Thus, Noragami Chapter 99 will be the chapter released this month. As the battle with Amaterasu continues to catch fire, there will be nothing but entertainment for the fans. So, the chapter is expected to release on March 2, 2022.
