She was in her snake form while uplifted powers. Later, he took out his head from the body and strangled Sanji with the tail.
As he got captured by the snake, he heard crackling noises from inside his body. Sanji realized that Queen was breaking all his bones. Thus, he broke free from the tail. Once again, Queen attacked Sanji with an ax-like weapon. But this time, Sanji used the shield to harden his body. The chapter ended with Sanji getting back up and resolving to take down the evil Queen.
