Anime and manga fans who like stories of the fantasy genre are in for a treat! The makers of The Fire Hunter Anime have dropped a second teaser. So far, all the details were under wraps. But now they are letting the cat out of the bag. Lined up for next year’s release, this anime will be one of the many great rides for the fans. The Fire Hunter Anime is based on a Japanese novel of the same name. Rieko Hinata is the author of the novel. Akihiro Yamada is the illustrator. As of now, the novel has been collected into four volumes since 2018, thanks to publisher Holp Shuppan.
The Fire Hunter Anime: Second Promo Video OUT!
On November 5, 2020, the makers announced the anime adaptation. Studio MD will produce the anime series. Back in September, the first promo video of the anime revealed key visuals and the setting of the anime. Now a second promo video has revealed the opening and ending theme songs of the anime. Leo Leiri will sing the opening theme(Liar) of the anime, whereas Maaya Sakamoto will sing the ending theme, You Are Stil So Far Away.
Junji Nishimura will direct the anime at Studio MD. He is famous for his work in Ranma ½. Mamoru Oshii will be incharge of the scripts. Earlier, he oversaw he scripts of Ghost In The Shell anime. Moreover, Kenji Kawai will compose the music. The anime’s lead voice actors include Misaki Kuno, Shoya Ishige, and Maya Sakamoto.
What Is The Anime About?
The Fire Hunter Anime is set after humanity’s terrible Last War. A flaming-infested forest dominates the earth. And mankind lives in tiny protected enclaves. Due to the Last War weapon, people spontaneously catch fire near a little flame. Only flamelings bounded regions provide safe energy for humans. And sickle-wielding fire catchers must hunt them in the huge forest. The fire catches the murmur of a Firecatcher Lord from the tales.
He will be able to harvest the fire of the thousand-year comet, the Wandering Spark. It has been in the sky since before the Last War and is now returning to earth. The story starts with Toko, a young girl from a town that makes paper. She ends up in the forbidden forest, where flamelings are attacking her. And a flamecatcher comes to save her. In another place, a young boy from the capital named Koshi takes care of his younger sister after factory poison killed his mother.
The Fire Hunter Anime: Release Date
