Last month was a surprise for many fans of World Trigger. For the last three months, author Daisuke Ashihara has been releasing two chapters in a row. Thus, fans are expecting the same this month as well. The last two outings, the Away Mission Test, took center stage. Part 14 and 15 played out. In the first one, Squad 7 faced an embarrassing loss against Squad 5. Now, they would have to face the consequence of this loss. The 218th chapter of World Trigger has many arcs lined up, one after the other. The opening scene will include a brainstorming session with Suwa and his squad. The team has to sort out the mystery of the question that came up in the assignment. After that, the main match will play out in the series.
World Trigger Chapter 218: Plot Details!
In the midst of the Away Mission Test, Suwa’s team received a mail from the Border. In the mail, a simple question was pitched by them. The question was to be answered in under four hundred words. And the team only had time till 6.30 pm to revert. Now, Suwa and the team are likely to draft an answer to this tricky question. However, they revert is not going to be as easy. This is because the answer will affect the next set of games for the players.
Suwa has always acted under calculative measures. Thus, he might apply every permutation in a four-way match. But as all the assignments have gone so far, it is likely that permutations have nothing to do with alignments of the session. World Trigger Chapter 218 will also look into the call announcement for the next match.

Two chapters came out in last month’s slate. Thus, in chapters 216 and 217, the Away Mission Test played out. In the first outing, Squad 7 was pitched up against Squad 5. However, the biggest catch in this match was that the entire squad was lined up against a single man. Mizukami was a player fighting from the side of Squad 5. Even though the entire team was lined up against a single fighter, Suwa’s squad lost the match. After this loss, another match-up was announced by the game-makers.
Squad 7 was as disappointed by the match-up for the next mission. However, ignoring the fate of the previous match, Suwa pressured on improving their game for the future. The leader mentioned that they needed to work on their communication and teamwork. Towards the end of the 217th chapter, a special assignment was mailed to Suwa. The mail contained a simple question that needed to be answered in under 400 words. The question asked on why the B-rank warriors have pitted three squads against one another?
World Trigger Chapter 218: Release Date
Viz has already updated its schedule for the next chapter of World Trigger. For the past three months, Daisuke Ashihara has been releasing two consecutive chapters in a row. Thus, fans are expecting the same this week. So, this month’s outing will come out with World Trigger Chapter 218 on January 6, 2022.
