The tenth episode of World’s End Harem started with Shota’s pov. He opened his eyes in a hospital bed. Karen came in and told him that he was attacked by the terrorists. He tells Karen that he wants to rule the world, and the lady agrees to help him in the quest. On the other end of the spectrum, the terrorists sent by Elisa have kidnapped a man named Zen Kinebuchi. Here, Chloe had already taken control of Japan’s authorities. And so, they began the trail of each and every member of the government who was involved in spreading the MK Virus.
Further, the meeting with Elisa confirmed that her people were not terrorists in any way. Instead, they were a group of rebels, called Izanami, who worked against the propaganda claimed by UW. Towards the end of the chapter, Reito and his team decided that they were going to fight the terrorists without Chloe’s help. But right then and there, Shota and Karen walk into the room.
