Aggretsuko is about the main character, Retsuko, and how she tries to stay balanced and happy despite the stress of her demanding job and boss. Retsuko, on the other hand, has a unique way to deal with her anger: death metal karaoke. Every night after work, Retsuko goes to a karaoke bar to sing heavy metal songs and get her anger out. At the end of the fourth season, Haida quit her job, Tadano became president of the space enterprise, and Himuro gave up his position as CEO.
As mentioned by Netflix, the next season will see Retsuko taking charge of his problems. Instead of cribbing about his work life, he will run for office and try to prove himself wrong here.
