Goku and Granola are in the middle of an epic battle, and all we see are moves and countermoves. Right now, Goku is finding it challenging to look for an opening to strike a blow at Granola. For now, all he can do is dodge the attacks.
On the other hand, the scans reveal that Vegeta will enter the scenario by the end of the chapter to confront Granola. However, by then, Goku will be gravely injured. Even as a Super Saiyan, he is unable to regain the strength lost in countering Granola. So, Vegeta will arrive to offer help only to tell the Heeter about the Saiyan who destroyed his home planet.
