Studio MAPPA released a mystery thriller titled Koi to Producer last year. It gained a good amount of fans right after its premiere, and now they are demanding to see Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2. It is an adaptation of a female-oriented visual novel phone game of the same title by Papargames. Studio MAPPA took command of animating the series’ debut installment. The premiere episode of the anime aired on July 16, 2020. Whereas, it ended on October 1 of the same year after running for 12 episodes.

The video game of the same name was really popular. As a result, the Mr Love Queen’s Choice anime got the same treatment as well. However, the series couldn’t convert its good start into a huge one because of its average content. It made a lot of changes and even modified the main storyline of the source material. The show has a score of 6.14 on MyAnimeList, which is definitely pretty low. But the series is popular and currently has more than 40K members in its MAL group. It is the source material for its sequel. MAPPA already used the entire storyline of the game and even provided it a conclusive ending.
