The next chapter of One Punch Man will be commencing one more battle. But this time, the heroes and monsters are fighting a common enemy. Evil Natural Water, which has now become the Evil Ocean Water, has empowered the Sage Centipede to begin an attack. Garou was the first one to react to this attack and defend his guard. As he gets defeated in the process, other heroes might have to join the fight.
It has already been pitched that Saitama is going to fight Evil Ocean Water in One Punch Man Chapter 157. The Sage Centipede is being referred to as the Incarnation of Father Earth. On the other hand, the creature was heard calling ENW as Incarnation of Mother Ocean. So, is it possible for Saitama to fight both of them at the same time?

In the 156th chapter of OPM, Garou, Flashy Flash, and Platinum Sperm continued to fight one another. But as opposed to the popular theories, Flashy Flash could not manage to fight either of the two. Instead, he ended up getting beaten by Platinum Sperm in a single attack. Later on, Garou turned towards Platinum Sperm and beat him as well. The scene cuts to Tatsumaki, who is being confronted by Blast.
But she recalls what real Blast had told her. Thus, she understood that this was God, and he had come to offer her his powers. Soon enough, the real Blast shows up to praise Tatsumaki. King noticed Blast and came to greet him. Saitama also noticed him and came along with the Puri-Puri prisoner. When Genos and King saw the hero, they were astounded at the sight of him.
As Genos and Saitama’s reunion played out, Blast took his leave, stating that he had important business. Soon enough, Sage Centipede emerged from Evil Natural Water (now Evil Ocean Water). Towards the end of the chapter, Garou flew across the scene to attack the Sage Centipede right in the eye.
