Since then, Cygames has continued to release new versions of the outing. In 2018, artist Asahiro brought in the first manga adaptation of the video game. Princess Connect Re: Dive is adapted from a game series of the same name. Although, Cygames released Princess Connect Re: Dive as a smartphone RPG game, the anime series also turned out to be fairly decent. The story is set in Astraea. Yuuki is the main character. One day Yuuki falls from the sky without any memories. However, Kokkoro finds him. Kokkoro is an elf who becomes his guide to exploring the world. Yuuki learns about the world, the currency, and monsters with Kokkoro’s help.
Additionally, the duo meets many characters in their ways, like Karyl and Pecorine. The story follows their adventures as they meet new people, explore the world and try to uncover Yuuki’s memories.

Kanasaki Takaomi is directing Princess Connect Season 2. His earlier works include KONOSUBA and Is This a Zombie? Moreover, Watanabe Mai, Kurita Satomi, Yang Lie Jun, and Noda Yasuyuki are in charge of character designs Minajin is the music composer. Additionally, the main cast is returning for Season 2. This includes all the four main leads reprising their roles. Starting with MAO who is going to be in the lead role of Pecorine. Along with her, Miku Ito will be playing the character of Kokkoro.
