Plot Details!
The Dungeon of Black Company tells the story of a classic isekai anime. In most shows, the protagonist is transferred from a boring life to the life of a hero. However, here, the protagonist only has downhill to go. Kinji lives a lazy and unproductive life with almost no aim for the future. One day, he wakes up in the magical world of orcs and dragons. As seen in popular anime, he was expecting to be welcomed as the savior of the world. Instead, he was ordered to work for a heinous job in the mines.
The last savior of the dungeons left the job of the hero. This resulted in the people getting bitter towards heroes from other worlds. As Kinji completed his work with sincerity, he was given the real job of the hero. He was tasked to take back the control of the dungeons from the enemy named Raiza’ha. But things turned upside down by the end of the season. Despite winning the match, Kinji ended up getting arrested for his crimes. Raiza’ha legally brought most of the property of the dungeon and got the ownership anyway.
By the end of the season, Kinji pronounced that he would not stop his quest even after winning. He said that he would go back to Japan and keep working towards acquiring the dungeons.
