The older sister Spider Demon appeared when Tanjiro and his friends came across one of Twelve Blood Moon Kizuki for the very first time. She has a body count of 80 humans. However, despite being powerful enough, she was no match for Rui. Also, the insect Hashira Shinobu managed to defeat her without any difficulty.
11: Spider Demon (Mother)
The mother Spider Demon was also a part of the Spider demon family. However, she is not the biological mother of any of her children. Just like the sister demon, the mother demon was used and dominated by Rui. She can even create puppets using spider webs and fight her opponents from a distance. In her ending moments, she was happy that she would finally rest in peace, and the other family members won’t ridicule her anymore.
10: Serpent Demon
The Serpent Demon was one of the strongest female demons. She is even worshipped by the members of Iguro’s family.However, nothingg much is known about this demon except for the fact that she had a sinister liking towards Obanai. In the past, Hashiras was sent to slay her, and they did their job without any struggle. So, it is likely that the strength of the Serpent Demon was beneath that of the Twelve Kizuki.
9: Susamaru
Susamaru is one of the strongest female demons that Tanjiro and his friends have faced in the anime series so far. She was sent by Muzan Kibutsuji himself to assassinate Tanjiro. Her superior physical strength and her great intellect made her one of the strongest female characters in Kimetsu no Yaiba.
6. Kanae Kocho
The next name on this list is Kanae Kocho. She was the Flower Hashira and was the older sister of the insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho. Kanae Kocho proves herself as one of the strongest female demon slayer characters the moment she competes against the Upper Rank 2 demons. She managed to give a pretty tough fight to a demon-like Doma. However, she was fatally injured during the battle that led to her death.

The anime fans are yet to see Daki, but they already saw her glimpse in Demon Slayer Season 2 trailer. Daki is the main antagonist of Entertainment District Arc and is one among the Upper-Rank Demon directly working under Muzan Kibutsuji. 5: Shinobu Kocho

4: Tamayo
Tamayo is one of the very few demons who managed to maintain her human emotions despite being a demon. She does not like to involve in a physical conflict as her main focus is on the medical side. 2: Nezuko Kamado
Nezuko Kamado is the cutest and strongest female demon of Kimetsu no Yaiba. Her power increases drastically as the series moves forward. She was able to stand against a guy like Giyuu, and that too at the beginning of the series. Nezuko’s physical strength evens that of the Upper-rank demons. She also has the ability to shrink and expand her body size. Nezuko’s Blood Demon art is also very powerful, and she already saved Tanjiro with its help against Rui in the anime series. She is also the very first demon who managed to develop resistance towards sunlight.
1: Mitsuri Kanroji
When the fans first saw Mitsuri Kanroji, they never thought of her to be the strongest female character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. The Love Hashira has a quite shy and bubbly personality, but once she’s in a battle, she is the exact opposite of it. She has an immense amount of strength despite her thin body. Mitsuri Kanroji uses a special sword, and only she is capable enough to wield it. She is quite flexible as well and is also one of the strongest Hashiras in the Demon Slayer. With bare hands, Mitsuri demonstrated how strong she is when in the manga, she grabbed one of Muzan’s tentacles and ripped it off him.
