Sword Art Online: Alicization lycoris is the 15th installment in the Sword Art online games. The game was previously delayed by Bandai Namco Entertainment because of COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the new dates, the game has been postponed in Japan till July 09 for play station 4 and XBOX One, and till July 10 for PC, whereas in North America and Europe till July 10.
OFFICIAL TRAILERS AND NEW CHARACTERS:
Recently the Bandai Namco Entertainment has released the official trailers of Sword Art Online: Alicization lycoris on Monday 15 June 2020. The trailer is featuring ReoNa’s theme song.
According to a character showcase trailer, there is an entry of a few other characters in the SAO gaming series. These characters are Sinon, Leafa, Lisbeth, and Silica. These four characters will be a new edition in the gaming series.
The players can recruit them in the game and they will help Kirito in his journey in the mysterious “Underworld”. However, other fan favourite characters such as Eugeo, Alice, Administrator, and others will also remain the part of the game.
STORY LINE:
The main plot for the game adopts from the original volume 9 to 18 of Sword Art Online. It is looking that the game will follow Sword Art Online Anime as other previous game of its franchise. On the other hand, the impression is quite different. From several sources, it is pointing out that game is following its unique path with the new features and new animations.
Sword Art Online: Alicization lycoris is a Ruling-play game. In this game a player will take place of Kirito (the main protagonist of this series), and explore its new world. The events of this game will take place in “Underworld”. The player in this virtual world as Kirito will be able to fight intense battles, explore the luxurious world of gaming and along with it enjoy beautiful scenes from the virtual world of Sword Art.
