The Legendary Hero Is Dead Anime is an adaptation of a fantasy comic manga by Subaruichi. In Japanese, the series is known as “Yusha ga Shinda! Murabito no Ore ga Hotta Otoshiana ni Yuusha ga Ochita Kekka.” It is serialized in Japan by Shogakukan. The manga originally came to an end in December 2020. However, due to popular demand, the manga also has a spinoff, “Yusha ga Shinda! Kami no Kun-hen.”
The Legendary Hero Is Dead Anime: Official Announcement!
On Monday, The Legendary Hero Is Dead Anime announced three more cast members. The series also released a visual of the characters. The new cast members are Ayana Taketatsu, Hibiku Yamamura, and Yurika Kubo. They play the roles of Anri, Yuna, and Marguerit. Wataru Kato and Shunichi Toki will both voice the main character Touka Scott. Toki will also be playing the role of the dead hero, Sion Bladan.
Rion Kujo from LIDEN FILMS will be directing The Legendary Hero Is Dead Anime. Kanako Nishi and Yukio Kondo will be responsible for music composition. Tohokushinsha will work on the sound production, and Pony Canyon will do the music production. WOWMAX will also be producing the anime.
What Is The Story?
An English language version of the series is available on the Manga One Digital app. According to them, the story is about a farmer from the village of Cheza. Touka is a simple farmer who only dreams about being a hero and then getting the girl in the end. Sion, the real hero, is fighting the demons who plan to invade the world. Touka accidentally kills Sion one day. Now, who will save the world?
After killing, Touka quickly hides the hero’s body but cannot find it the next day. What will happen to Touka? Will he have to become the hero? Did Sion not die? Well, all answers shall only come out when the anime is released on the floors in the coming slates.
