Crunchyroll

After a fascinating and unrealistic goal, tension will rise among the Blue Lock team members. Since everyone wishes to score a goal, they will fight to steal the limelight from Nagi. But things will be different this time, as Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 8 hints that the focus will shift to the siblings’ fights. Itoshi Rin and Itoshi Sae will fight to prove their skills and who is best among them. However, this fight will take a chaotic turn for the Blue Lock members when they start losing the match. Will they get back on the track? Keep reading to know that.

What To Expect Next In Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 8?

The stadium is full of mixed responses after Nagi scores a goal. Everyone is surprised as the score is 1-1, and only 15 minutes are left to wrap up this game. U-20 Japan and Blue Lock 11 need to score one extra goal to win this game. However, this won’t be easy. After Nagi’s goal, the field is full of chaos, leading to a prompt exchange of words between Rin and Isagi. While Rin will be pissed off for not scoring a goal, Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 8 hints that he will soon enter a sibling battle. Rin and Itoshi Sae will face each other.

Rin is eager to prove his skills and surpass his elder brother, Sae. However, it will be challenging. Sae is stronger and knows how to keep the ball in his possession, ultimately creating tension for the Blue Lock team. However, the preview for the Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 8 suggests that Ikki Niko will finally take the lead and steal the ball from Sae. Since the ball is in the Blue Lock’s team’s possession, they will head to score a goal. However, it won’t be easy for them to defeat U-20 Japan’s defensive style.

But there, the game gets interesting. Since Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 8 will adapt Chapter 119, it suggests that Niko will pass the ball to Tabito Karasu. As the latter grabs everyone’s attention, Eita Otoya enters the picture, stealing the ball and passing it to Hyoma Chigiri. The ball is still in the Blue Lock 11’s possession, giving U-20 Japan a tough fight. The episode will likely feature Ego Jinpachi’s monologue as he explains the team’s gameplay.

A Quick Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 7 Recap!

Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 7 began with a challenging match between U-20 Japan and the Blue Lock team. The ball was in the Blue Lock team’s possession. Since they followed the offensive playstyle, they were more interested in scoring a goal. Bachira tried to pass the ball to Isagi, but Oliver Aiku blocked him, so the former passed the ball to Otoya. However, despite his efforts, the opposition’s team didn’t give them a chance to score a goal. In the entire episode, both teams were seen passing the ball to each other.

As the episode progressed, the match became intense when the ball landed on Itoshi’s feet. Since he picked the ball from the corner, everyone expected a pass. However, he secured a fantastic goal with a close-to-zero angle. His goal quickly left the Blue Lock’s team in despair as they lost all hope. Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 7 shifted its focus to Ego Jinpachi, who had speculated that and left the entire match to his team. Just then, Rin told Isagi to focus on the game. After the former’s instruction, Isagi returned to his form.

The two showcased a perfect bond. However, Oliver Aiku blocked Rin and Isagi, so the latter passed the ball to Rin, who was in the same position where Itoshi secured a goal. Unfortunately, the goalkeeper blocked it. The match later took an intense turn as the ball landed at Nagi’s feet. While he was ready to make a volley, two players from U-20 Japan blocked Nagi. However, the latter used his skills in Blue Lock Season 2 Episode 7 and did a 360-degree spin mid-air, kicked an unrealistic volley, and scored a goal.
